AdJourney – design with direction… Brian of AdJourney met with the team of new owners that had taken over the property developed into a golf course resort by the Town of Carthage – Little River. We were informed that 5 agencies had been hired to create a brand identity for Little River and came up short. The challenge was on.
We started with learning. Discovering what was unique about the location, both its history and what goals there were for the place. Little River was once the farm for raising and racing champion horses. The natural beauty of the place – the masterful overlook, the running creeks, the magnificent trees more a part of the Piedmont than the surrounding Sandhills, and the many pools and ponds. As a golf course, the greens simply add to the charm.
Little River had been through multiple logo changes – none true to the heart of the property or its history. We succeeded where others failed, because we understand that branding is a story. No story is more believable than its truth.
