AdJourney – design with direction… Brian of AdJourney met with Anne Seline of EDCNB (Every Day Checks & Balances) at a small diner in downtown Pinehurst. We sat and discussed her business – what it was, what she hoped to do with it – and asked for direction.
We started with learning. We spent time uncovering the ideal client – defining: who they were, what motivated them, what buzz-words would resonate with them and what where their primary concerns that EDCNB could address in communicating with them.
From there… AdJourney developed a marketing plan that EDCNB could implement. It started with a website that addressed each profiled audience in verbiage (body copy) that SPOKE to them. Then it outlined the channels of ongoing communication and HOW Anne could develop conversations within those platforms to gain the greatest benefit. AdJourney delivered a working solution that made sense, clear to follow with measurable outcomes.
Client Profiles
I was very impressed with Brian Sykes’ Marketing Plan. It was clear in terms of what the end state would look like, the timeline and the cost. The highlight was the development of Target Profiles, which identified each client type with the specific characteristics which have resonated to this day! It was a powerful exercise.
